Registration details for your company and the people who buy for it: company name, the countries you are registered, billed and shipped in, business registration details, contact names, email addresses and phone numbers.

From then on, the orders you place, the addresses you ship to, and the invoices raised against your account.

To decide whether to approve a business account, to price correctly for your buying group, to fulfil and ship orders, to invoice and collect payment, and to meet customs and tax obligations on cross-border shipments.

The makers whose goods you order, to the extent needed to produce and despatch them; our shipping and customs agents; and our payment provider, which handles card details directly so that we never hold them.

The country your company is registered in decides which brands you can see and which reference prices are shown. While you are logged out we may estimate a country from your connection for the same purpose; it is only ever an estimate, and your company's own country takes precedence once you sign in.
