Terms of Sale

Ordering is limited to business accounts we have approved. Until an account is approved it can browse but cannot see wholesale pricing or place an order.

Prices are wholesale, exclude VAT and duties, and settle in US dollars. Any figure shown in another currency is indicative only, for reference while browsing, and is never the amount charged.

An order may be cancelled from your account only while it is still new, within 24 hours of being placed, and before a ship date has been set. After that, cancellation is by arrangement with us.

Much of the catalogue is made to order, which is why the window is short: production may begin as soon as the order reaches the maker.

Payment is due on the terms shown on your invoice. If an invoice falls overdue we send reminders after 7 and 14 days, and a final notice after 30 days.

If an invoice is still unpaid 90 days after issue, we may cancel that shipment and dispose of the goods. Payments already received are applied to production and storage costs, and are not refunded or credited. The account is suspended.

Lead times shown on a product or brand page are estimates based on the maker's standard production time, not guarantees. Because lead times differ by maker, one order may ship in several parts, each invoiced separately for shipping.
